Filter Recipe

  • Equipment: V60 dripper
  • Coffee: 20 grams
  • Water Temperature: 93°C (~50ppm)
  • Pouring Schedule:
    1. First Pour: 60g at 00:00
    2. Second Pour: To 170g at 00:30
    3. Third Pour: To 260g at 01:05
    4. Fourth Pour: To 320g at 01:35
  • Total Brew Time: Aim for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
  • Note: Expect slightly longe

 

Espresso Recipe

For a classic espresso, we suggest a 1:3 ratio, typically extracting in about 30 seconds. If you're aiming for a "turbo" style shot, target a 1:4 ratio completed in under 20 seconds. When preparing milk-based beverages, we recommend adjusting your ratio to a tighter 1:2.5 for optimal flavor.

 

Resting Coffee

We advise allowing both filter and espresso coffees to rest for about 2-3 weeks post-roast. Coffees with more intensive processing may benefit from a slightly shorter rest, while traditionally processed beans often require a bit longer. We've observed our coffees generally reach their flavor peak around 4-6 weeks after roasting.
