Tomodachi Coffee Refund & Return Policy

 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales of roasted coffee beans, whole beans, and cold brew packs are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for changes of mind, incorrect items ordered by the customer, or dislike of a specific flavor profile. We are committed to the quality of your coffee up until the moment it ships.


 

Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Orders)

 

We are committed to ensuring your order arrives perfectly. If your product is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, we are happy to assist:

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to report a defect or error.

To initiate a claim, please email us at info@tomodachi.coffee with your order number and a clear photograph of the damaged product or box. Upon review, we will promptly arrange for a replacement of the damaged goods or issue a credit toward a future purchase.
