Why Choose This Coffee?
Choose this coffee for its unique fusion of floral elegance and tropical complexity, achieved through a meticulous 48-hour passion fruit co-fermentation. By selecting this bean, you are supporting Marlon Rojas, a third-generation farmer who returned to his family roots at "La Reserva" to elevate Colombian specialty coffee through innovative, high-standard processing.
Brewing Recommendations
To fully capture the delicate lavender and lemon cheesecake notes, we recommend using a Pour-over (such as a V60) or Chemex with a slightly coarser grind and a water temperature around 94°C (201°F).
Pro Tip: We highly recommend brewing this bean as a Flash Brew (Japanese-style iced coffee). The rapid chilling over ice locks in the vibrant orange and tangerine acidity, making the tropical co-fermentation truly pop.
