The O1 is OREA's compact brewer for the perfect single cup, now in raw, polished stainless steel. It uses the original open bottom design, letting the paper filter bend naturally through the middle for a more central water flow and a candy-like acidity, with balance, sweetness, and body intact. A new material, with the same beautiful taste profile.

Metal is part of OREA's heritage, and this is the first metal brewer since the V2. It's built from high-grade stainless steel sourced from South Korea, with an electropolished interior so there's no metallic taste, and a hand-polished exterior somewhere between brushed and mirror. It's double-walled, so the outside stays much cooler to handle, and a solid steel base is precision-welded to the body for weight and stability. Uncoated, dishwasher safe, and built to last for years.

A smaller brewer suits small doses (10–18g) better. It lets you get the kettle spout closer to the coffee bed for more control over water and agitation, and it takes less heat out of the brew.

Filters

• Wave: traditional 155 wave size or OREA's small wave paper. More bypass and airflow, less concentrated.
• Flat: small 155 OREA flat filters or small 155 Sibarist FAST flat filters. Less bypass, wider bed, juicier cup.
