Almost like a sweet peach tea with a little more oomph. Really refreshing. A great execution of this coferment.
Reminds of a coffee I had at Barista Map Coffee Roasters in Osaka. I assume they co fermented with peach to get that flavor, but it's still nice. Peach, grapefruit, and jasmine in the cup. Nice as an iced coffee or a pourover. A bit spendy but I think this bag was worth it.
Super good!
Delicious! Not usually a fan of fruity profiles, but enjoyed this one. Actually smells and tastes like peaches. Great for cold brew on a warm day :)
This is honestly incredible! I had a feeling I’d enjoy it as I love vibrant, fruit-forward coffee, but I wasn’t prepared for just how much it would surprise me.
I was instantly hit with the most distinct peach aroma. Brewed it on V60 and honestly…how is this not a co-ferment? Every sip was peaches through and through!
